Transparency First

We value transparency in the craft process. Meaningful involvement of generative AI, digital rendering, synthetic imagery, or automated creation tools in product designs, listing mockups, or brand stories must be clearly disclosed to buyers.

Disclosure Thresholds

  • Required: Generative AI listing photos, synthetic avatars, AI-written artisan profiles, and automated design generators.
  • Not Required: Spellcheck, grammar enhancement, basic photo cropping, or exposure adjustments.

    • Prohibited Conduct

    You may not use AI to generate fake reviews, create fabricated artisan personas, hide factory production, or imitate living artists without their permission.
