Marketplace Policy

Marketplace Role

YKBM provides a platform for independent artisans, sellers, and creators to list products. Unless explicitly stated, sellers are independent third parties and are not employees, agents, or partners of YKBM.

Listing Standards

Listings must be accurate, complete, and not misleading. Listings should include product titles, clear photos, price, materials, size, inventory count, production status (handmade, produced, digital), shipping estimates, return policy, origin, and AI disclosures.

Product Authenticity

Sellers must not list counterfeit, stolen, unauthorized, or infringing goods. YKBM may require proof of authenticity, sourcing, or production methods.

Handmade and Artisan Claims

If a seller claims an item is handmade, tradicionales, Indigenous-made, or locally made, the claim must be truthful and supportable. YKBM may request verification.

Sustainability and Origin Claims

Environmental claims (eco-friendly, zero-waste, carbon-neutral) must be specific and supportable.

Country-of-origin claims (e.g. "Made in USA") must comply with advertising standards (such as FTC guidelines).

Marketplace Enforcement

YKBM may remove/hide listings, require edits, request proof of claims, suspend selling privileges, hold payouts, cancel orders, or refund buyers to maintain platform trust.
