Artisan / Seller Agreement

Artisan Onboarding & Approval

To sell on YKBM, users must apply and be approved. YKBM may request identity verification, studio details, portfolio samples, production process information, materials sourcing, and tax details. Approval is not guaranteed.

High-Volume Seller Compliance

Sellers meeting legal thresholds (such as under the INFORM Consumers Act) must provide, verify, and periodically certify business information. Failure to comply will result in account suspension.

Studio Tools

Approved artisans get access to the Studio Dashboard to manage inventory, products, orders, shipping, communications, reviews, and payouts.

Fees & Payouts

YKBM may charge transaction fees, listing fees, payment processing fees, and subscription fees. Payouts are made through approved third-party processors, subject to settlements, holds, and chargeback reserve policies.

Off-Platform Transactions

Sellers may not direct buyers off-platform to complete transactions initiated on YKBM to avoid platform fees or policies.
